The event, part of the YesMilano palimpsest, is promoted by the Municipality of Milan, Politecnico di Milano and Triennale Milano, in collaboration with Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli.
The health emergency situation and the consequent measures taken by governments around the world have led to a rethinking of the format of the event. Milano Arch Week Marathon, a day of lectures and live performances that will take place completely online on Saturday 16th May.
In this complex moment, the Milan Arch Week Marathon wants to promote reflection on the city of Milan, on the challenges it is facing and will have to face in the near future, involving the great protagonists of international architecture who have designed some of the most emblematic places of the city in recent years.
The international speakers who will participate in the Milan Arch Week Marathon are: Petra Blaisse (Parco Biblioteca degli Alberi); Peter Eisenman (Carlo Erba Residences); Bjarke Ingels (the new CityLife, currently under design); Rem Koolhaas (Prada Foundation); Daniel Libeskind (CityLife);
